Terms of Service & Banking Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of online banking, multi-currency accounts, digital asset custody, and related financial services ("Services") provided by Heritage Trust Bank ("Bank", "we", "us", or "our") to registered account holders ("Customer", "you").

1. Customers must complete Customer Due Diligence (KYC/AML) verification by submitting valid government-issued identification and required documents in accordance with applicable financial regulations. 2. Submitting fraudulent information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and regulatory reporting.

1. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, authentication tokens, and security action codes. You must never share credentials with unauthorized third parties. 2. You must notify Heritage Trust Bank immediately at support@hertbank.com if you suspect unauthorized access or security compromise.

1. Multi-currency conversions and wire transfers are settled based on real-time market reference rates and banking liquidity schedules. 2. The Bank reserves the right to hold, review, or decline transactions flagged by Automated Fraud Detection Systems (FDS) or compliance monitoring rules.
